Several weddings take place at St Arilda's each year. St Arilda's in Oldbury and St Mary's and St Paul's churches in Thornbury are available for weddings for people from either parish (see below). Our church is always pleased to baptise infants, children and adults. Contact should initially be made through the church office in Thornbury.

Burials in the churchyard are restricted to those who lived in the parish, or who have strong connections with Oldbury or Shepperdine
